Checking in and out
Check-in: Anytime after 16:00 Check-out: By 10:00 There is a key in a lock box. You will receive the code on your check in day. チェックイン 16:00 チェックアウト 10:00 番号式のキーボックスを利用したセルフチェックイン方式です。
Cancelation Policy
A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received more than 7 days before date of arrival, no refund thereafter. Reservations dates cannot be modified. If you would like to change your reservation, you can make a new booking and then cancel the old one. Cancellation fees will apply. キャンセルはチェックイン7日前まで50%の返金、６日前からは返金はございません。 日程の変更はキャンセル後に新しい予約をしていただく形になります。
Free Parking
There is parking for 1 car. Please use the designated parking spot. Look for the sign "mizuo" 物件から30mほど離れた場所に普通車１台分の駐車場がございます。 複数台でお越しの場合はお問い合わせください。
Manners
No visitors. The house is available to checked-in guests only. No smoking inside the house. Please be considerate of the neighbors by keeping quiet inside and outside the house after 21:00. BBQ is NOT alllowed. 敷地内は宿泊者のみご利用可能です。 館内は禁煙です。おタバコは外でお願いします。 21時以降はお静かにお願いします。 敷地内でBBQはできません。 静かに暮らしている地元の方へのご配慮をお願いします。
